IT Delivery Manager, Vice President
Who we are looking for
State Street is looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead development on core custody applications. The candidate should have 10+ years of experience developing enterprise scale applications and have a proven track record demonstrating subject matter expertise in a complex financial domain. The candidate will work closely with business/IT stakeholders and teammates across the globe.
What you will be responsible for
As IT Delivery Manager you will
• Lead a software engineering team
• Build and drive the delivery of the strategic state Custody platform
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, Agile team environment
• Provide hands-on leadership for Agile teams on design, development, code review, debugging and testing
• Collaborate with other development managers, business partners, architecture leads and risk team members as needed in order to ensure solutions are sound from all perspectives
• Provide expert level troubleshooting on large, mission critical project implementations

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math or associated areas
• 10+ years of experience in a large financial services organization including 7+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager, Development Lead or Senior Analyst role.
• Proven track record in building scalable, mission critical IT platforms for the financial services industry.
• Mainframe experience is preferred not required (PL/I, Cobol, CICS, SQL, JCL, DB2)
• Extensive software development lifecycle experience using Agile Scrum and Kanban methodolgies

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
